  Moroccan Ministry of Agriculture Delegation Tours U.S. Food Industry
March 2006

From March 11-25, 2006, three senior officials from the Moroccan Ministry of Agriculture toured the U.S.' Northeast Corridor to better understand Morocco's agrifood export opportunities in Boston, New York, and Washington markets. The mission was organized and managed by AIRD. Moroccan officials visited with representatives from U.S. food import companies, wholesale and retail markets, and food product development companies; a major international food show; a food import inspection laboratory; agribusiness trade promotion organizations; and U.S. government offices.
