  Cambodian Labor Market for the Garment Industry: How to Balance Skill Needs and Supply?

Working for Cambodia's Garment Industry Productivity Center, AIRD Senior Economist Lynn Salinger is preparing a garment industry skill needs assessment and workforce development strategy. Her recommendations will guide the Garment Manufacturers Association in Cambodia and the National Training Board to develop a comprehensive vision and strategy to match industry's skill needs with those supplied by the education and training sector.
