Under USAID's Trade Capacity Building Project, managed by Nathan Associates, an AIRD-led team, comprised of a development economist, a trade negotiations specialist, and a private sector development expert, designed a program to support Morocco in its preparation to negotiate a free trade agreement with the U.S., implementation of its commitments under the agreement, and development of an assistance program to help Morocco take advantage of new trade and investment opportunities provided by the agreement.
