AIRD helps to prepare economic performance assessments for USAID and its missions abroad
Working with Nathan Associates under the SEGIR Macroeconomics II indefinite quantity contract, AIRD economists Dirck Stryker and Lynn Salinger have contributed to the CAS II project. Dr. Stryker led an annual review of CASII reports in 2007, has provided methodological guidance on indicators, and helped to develop a template for assessing performance in fragile states. He was the senior author of the 2008 Nigeria assessment, and helped to prepare a regional performance assessment for Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, and Tajikistan. Ms. Salinger led the preparation of Economic Performance Assessments for Cambodia (2007) and Morocco (2008). Reports are available through Nathan Associates' project website.
