When applying as an AIRD consultant, please submit the following completed forms:
1. Personal CV containing the following:
- Full name, contact information, and citizenship status
- Short summary of key skill and qualifications
- Education
- Foreign language abilities
- History of related work experience, consulting projects should include:
- Position title
- Name of consulting company and/or funding agency
- Start date/End date
- Management responsibility
- Technical responsibility
2. Form 1420
